Return Policy Details:

All books are returnable within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns must be in saleable condition. Books with opened CDs or disk products cannot be returned. Older editions and non-stock special orders are non-returnable You must call, e-mail, or fax a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the reason for the return. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Click here for contact options. Returns must be received by ReadMe Doc within 21 days of the issuance of the RMA. Display the RMA number somewhere on the package. If possible, also include the original invoice with the shipment. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to ship returns back to us (UPS or Insured Parcel Post). ReadMe Doc is not responsible for crediting items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the return, a credit to your credit card or to your net-30 day account will be made, based on the mode of the original payment. A copy of the returns paperwork will be mailed to you. Credits will reflect the value of the book(s) as they appear on the original invoice, excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by ReadMe Doc.
